Agreement

By renting a dumpster from AY YILMAZ Dumpster Rental Service, you agree to these terms.

Rental Period

Standard rental period is 7-10 days unless otherwise agreed. Extensions are available at a daily rate. Holding the dumpster beyond the agreed rental period without notice may result in additional charges.

Prohibited Materials

You agree not to place hazardous materials in the dumpster, including but not limited to: paint, oil, gasoline, propane tanks, batteries, tires, asbestos, medical waste, refrigerant-containing appliances and any other materials prohibited by federal, state or local law. You are responsible for any cleanup, fines or disposal costs resulting from prohibited materials.

Weight Limits

Each container size has an included weight allowance. Overage fees apply for loads exceeding the allowance.

Property Damage

AY YILMAZ is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns or other surfaces caused by the weight of the truck or container when placement is at your direction. We will use reasonable care, including plywood placement on request.

Loading Requirements

Material must be loaded inside the container with nothing extending above the top rail. Overloaded containers cannot be hauled and may incur a return trip charge.

Payment

Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may accrue interest.

Cancellation

Cancellations made before delivery are free. Cancellations after delivery may incur a service fee.

Limitation of Liability

AY YILMAZ's total liability under any rental shall not exceed the amount paid for that rental.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
